Yes you can! Many guests visit the monorail resorts (Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Polynesian) as well as Fort Wilderness Resort to enjoy the great food that these resorts offer. However, these are not the only resorts that you can visit.

Unfortunately the answer to this is no. While the Wilderness Lodge and the Polynesian are less than a mile away from each other, there’s not really any way to walk from one to the other. There are no sidewalks and you’d have to cross and walk along a quite busy road with strange slight lines.
Can you walk from Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness?
Yes, you can walk from Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness. The path can be found behind the Villas, and it is about a 20 minute walk. That is the same trail used for carraige rides, so they can also be used for transportation. There is also a bus going to Fort Wilderness and a seperate boat.
Can you walk from Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom?

While you can’t walk from the Wilderness Lodge and the Contemporary, there is a boat that runs between the two resorts as well as the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, so you can get back and forth between the two.
