Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions
A. No. Once a person uses a Disney Theme Park Ticket, all subsequent admissions are specific to that person and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Regarding this, can I cancel my Disneyland ticket reservation?
Theme park reservations cannot be modified, but can be cancelled by visiting My Theme Park Reservations. If you’d like to cancel an existing reservation and book a new one, please first check on the availability of reservations for your new desired date and/or park.
Likewise, do Disney tickets ever expire?
Most unused Disney tickets expire within a couple years of purchase, unless bought during a time when the company offered no-expiration tickets. Old no-expiration tickets are still honored at Disney destinations.
How do I contact Disney customer service?

There’s no way to request a Disney+ refund through your account. Instead, you need to speak directly with a customer service representative. To do this, go to the Disney+ Help Center. Select either Live Chat or Call Us.
If the ticket has not yet been used, you can reassign a ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list. To do so, visit the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, locate the ticket you wish to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket.
First, navigate to the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. Then scroll to the ticket you wish to remove and select “Remove This Ticket.” If this option is not showing for you, I recommend contacting Guest Information at (714) 781-INFO (714-781-4636).
You can easily use your purchased tickets to make another reservation before your tickets reach their expiration date. If you are not able to visit before the expiration date, the price paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price.
