Disney World annual passes aren’t valid at Disneyland
Unlike some of the top-tier annual pass options in the past, these new annual passes are only good for Walt Disney World and can’t be used at Disneyland, which now has a new pass program of its own.
Correspondingly, can a family member use my Disney annual pass?

Thereof, does a Disney annual pass work at all parks?
With this pass, you get: access to all four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom), with park hopping, most days of the year with most holidays blocked out (calendar here), subject to reservation requirement.
Is Disney not selling annual passes?
As you can see in the screenshot below from the Walt Disney World website, all Annual Passes remain unavailable to purchase with the exception of the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, which is only available to Florida Residents and comes with the most blockout dates.
Is Disneyland still free on your birthday?
The Disneyland Resort did give a free park admission ticket to Guests on their birthday as part of a limited-time promotion several years ago, but this is not currently offered. Tickets to enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park must be purchased for all visitors ages 3 and up.

Yes, there is a “bi-coastal” Annual Pass that is offered for both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. It’s called the Disney Premier Passport, and it has no blackout dates.
