Visitors to Disney World’s four theme parks are still not allowed to get within 6 feet of Disney, Pixar and Star Wars characters for photographs, autographs, high fives or hugs.

No, you can’t. At this time guests cannot hug the characters as they are indoors and without face masks.
Can you see characters at Disney World?
Now Disney has made planning your day around character sightings easier, and here’s how! In the My Disney Experience app, you can now see which characters are available for sightings and the length of the standby wait time.
Can you still take pictures with characters at Disney World?
As a reminder, you get one-on-one time with the characters, but you still can’t hug them or ask for autographs. You can, however, take pictures, talk to them, and spend time with them. Will meet and greets come back to Disney?
Will character meet & greets be back soon? This is a big wildcard. Disney has introduced indoor physically distanced one-on-one character greetings, but there are no hugs, autographs, etc. That could pave the way for meet & greets, but again, it has been slow going.
